175  ml  soy milk
100  g  vegetable oil  tasteless
30  ml  apple cider vinegar
15  ml of  vanilla extract
Apple Frosting
125  g  margarine  vegan, soft
250  g of  powdered sugar  sieved
100  g  apple marrow  unsweetened
1/2  teaspoon  cinnamon
30  ml  soymilk  room temperature
Crumble
25  g  margarine  vegan, melted
30  g of  flour
15  g of  sugar
15  g  oatmeal  pithy
1/2  teaspoon  cinnamon
Apple crumble cupcakes with apple filling and crispy crumbles {vegan}

How to Make:

1. Wash the apple and cut into small cubes. The shell can stay attached. Then put the apple cubes with the remaining ingredients for the filling - except the apple purée - in a saucepan.
